i found the check-in process quick. ernest greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my late arrival, which i appreciated a lot. i was allowed to store my luggage after checkout, a great help for exploring without worries. the wifi connection worked well too.
the sink in the bathroom was slightly small.

the front desk staff combined charm, professionalism, and humor, really making the stay special. victor at the front desk assisted me with my luggage, offering helpful tips on local transportation. piotr was also very nice.

the location WAS convenient, close to transportation.
the room was SMALL. i could barely move around with my luggage. plus, the air conditioning unit was making a loud noise all night, it disturbed my sleep. i reported it to the front desk, but they didn't fix it .

The hotel location is near Kings Cross. It was easy coming from the airport. I walked everywhere. It took 20 minutes. I did not need transportation.
My room felt a bit dusty, and it was quite small.

The location near Euston Station was handy. The staff was helpful. I found a cafe downstairs, it had a good place to work. The bed was comfortable.
My room was small. The bathroom was very small too. I'm not a fan of this. There was little room to move around in the room.
